Chile Secures US$286 Million in Financing for Renewable-Energy Assets

On 28 October, Qualitas Energy announced US$286 million in non-recourse financing for a Chilean portfolio comprising 259 MW of renewable generation and 840 MWh of battery storage, including hydropower, solar and wind assets. The financing covers eight assets, with some projects expected to begin commercial operation in 2028; environmental consultants and energy operators can explore emissions analysis, renewable-output modelling and sustainability reporting, while HPC can support data-intensive environmental analysis through a project-specific quotation.
