Chile-Linked Lithium Transaction Remains Subject to Regulatory Review
On 21 October, Lithium Chile announced an amendment to its proposed Arizaro lithium-project transaction with China Union Holdings, a deal reported at approximately US$175 million. The project is in Argentina, rather than Chile, and the transaction remains pending regulatory procedures, with a revised deadline of 22 December 2026 and a reported refundable US$5 million security deposit; investors and corporate-finance advisers can explore transaction modelling, due diligence and scenario analysis, while HPC can support data-intensive financial workloads with a tailored quotation.
